Michael McGuire 617-839-8944 Michael J. McGuire's real estate career began at the young age of twenty years old while studying real estate law at the University of Massachusetts Amherst Campus. In 1993, Michael was awarded an internship to the North Atlantic Real Estate Appraising and Consulting firm in Boston & West Bridgewater. While learning the real estate trade from North Atlantics Principals, Michael began to develop a special talent for the critical analysis and complex valuation of real estate. After graduating from the University of Massachusetts, Michael decided to forgo a career in law to become a real estate appraiser and broker. At the age of twenty-one, Michael was hired by Appraisals Unlimited in Brookline as an independent fee appraiser and he also started to work for Coldwell Banker as a real estate salesperson. Merging both the real estate brokerage and appraisals fields together, it did not take long before Michael became one of Coldwell Bankers top tier agents wining numerous sales awards while simultaneously developing into Appraisal Unlimited's most valuable and requested appraiser. By 1998, Michael was ready to open his own company and later that year formed Insight Realty Group, Inc; a full service real estate appraisal and brokerage firm. Insight Realty Group prides itself on being a by referral only company with 100% of their business originating from their numerous satisfied clients. |
Kris MacDonald 617-953-9099 Kris MacDonald joined Insight Realty Group after holding the position of Vice President of Marketing for the Greater Boston region of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. His work entailed developing and implementing marketing strategies for single-family residences, multi unit complexes, conversion projects and new construction. New construction and conversion projects require a special marketing outlook, often ones which show the value before there is even a hole in the ground. Kris has the ability to accomplish this, and is still often called upon to consult with many development and brokerage offices. He has been recognized consistently for his work and is well respected by many of his peers. Kris joined Insight Realty Group to provide his customers and clients with his high level of service and a flexibility not found at many firms. During the last 5 years Kris has participated in the listing and sale of over 150 properties, totaling over $35 million dollars, within Greater Boston. His marketing and negotiation efforts yielded an average sale price within 1% of the listing price. The team effort that Insight Realty Group utilizes provided his seller clients with the market knowledge to properly position their listings within the market. In a changing market this is invaluable, as are the skills, knowledge and wisdom that Insight and Kris can provide. |
